• What you give us in the quote form: full name, email, WhatsApp or phone, how you prefer to be contacted, your business name, your current website address and what you tell us about your project.
• What you send us by email or WhatsApp, if you write to us directly.
• Browsing data, only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location and where you came from. Details in the cookie policy.

To reply we need your name, your email and, if you prefer WhatsApp or a call, a phone number: without them we cannot contact you. Everything else is optional.

• Answering your request, setting up a meeting and sending you a proposal.
• Providing the service, if we work together.
• Understanding how the site is used and improving it (only with analytics cookies accepted).
• Measuring and improving our ads (only with marketing cookies accepted).

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for anything else without asking you.

Only with the providers we need to run the site, and only for that:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: sending the email with your request.
• Google: Gmail, where we receive requests; Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Meta: Meta Pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Argentina, mainly in the United States. By sending us your request or accepting cookies you consent to that transfer. Beyond these cases, we would only share data if a law or a competent authority requires it.

We keep your request data for as long as we need to reply and, if we work together, for as long as the relationship lasts. Then we delete it, unless a regulation requires us to keep it. Browsing data is kept for each tool’s period, listed in the cookie policy.

You can ask us at any time for:

• Access: knowing what data we hold about you. It is free if you ask at intervals of six months or more, and we reply within 10 calendar days.
• Rectification and update: correcting wrong or outdated data.
• Deletion: erasing your data.
• Withdrawing your consent, including for cookies, from “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

Argentina’s Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory body of Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints from anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules.

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only the KOLT team can access requests. No system is infallible, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its update date.
